An informal street memorial for Paul Walker, key actor in the "Fast and Furious" film enterprise, and Roger Rodas, race car driver, who were both killed in a solo car auto accident in Valencia, CA. The memorial was held at the crash site, and featured several cars Paul Walker drove in the "Fast and Furious" films. Thousands of fans and car enthusiast showed up to pay their respects.

A stolen Tesla automobile wrecked on La Brea Ave in LA after a police chase. The stolen Tesla, with two car thieves on board, hit two vehicles, with five people in them, and then a traffic light pole. The Tesla was split in half, with the back half wedged into outdoor alcove between two walls at the Congregation Kol Ami synagogue. The Tesla was reported to have hit speeds as high as 100mph during the chase.
